HP Year 7 (February 2014) OC Character Sign Up

[Draco Malfoy]

HOGWARTS IS UNDER ATTACK...

It has happened... Dumbledore is dead and the Death Eaters have taken control of the school under the command of Voldermort. Headmaster Severus Snape is running the school almost military style. Gone are the days of carefree times to hang out between classes, quidditch matches, and joyous feasts. Now times are darker, classes are taught or monitored by Voldermorts Death Eaters and there are few places to hide for a reprieve.

Students are under strain, First Years are randomly tortured (with the exception of some Slytherins) and older students are the ones forced to do it. Where do you fall in the scheme of things? Do you love it? Torturing firsties- or do you hate it? Are you absorbing your new teachings? Or rebelling against it?

As an RPer for this term you may RP as either a student or staff member at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Description: Changing School from Durmstrang in favour of the DA to support the resistance versus the Dark Arts at a place where hope can be seen. Peter's parents were purebloods (Death Eaters) died in a fight with Aurors when he was 15. He never got along with his parents keeping him under pressure to fulfill their ideal of life. While gaining more and more experience in the Dark Arts, he started to dislike his parents way of life even more.

Description: Born in France to a Muggle mother, Alexander never knew his estranged father. He had a carefree and happy childhood. However, once he started displaying signs of magic, his mother decided it was best to send him to England in order to reconnect with his pureblood father. The man was strict and hard on him and his outlook on Muggles conflicted drastically with Alex’s own. Now a 7th year student at Hogwarts, Alexander has learned to keep his opinions to himself and tries to avoid any trouble, though he firmly opposes Voldemort and his teachings. A reserved realist, his primary skills are in defence against the dark arts.

Description: Coming from a pureblood noble family in Ireland, Caden was raised with the backdrop of typical pureblood ideals, as both his parents were strongly opinionated in regard to their biases against muggle-borns. However, the ideals were never strongly enforced, as both parents were rather caught up in their status, each other, and, as a result, were somewhat negligent. Therefore, Caden was left to develop his own moral-compass. Of course, the years spent among such aristocracy had taught him to keep his own philosophies to himself, and his care-free disposition often prevented him from voicing any of his own opinions, often leaving him to appear neutral on almost every subject, and he would even go so far as to feign boredom when such issues arose. He was much more interested in taking life as it came, never getting too invested in politics, and pulling those around him out of themselves, no matter the situation. Sorted in Ravenclaw, he was a bright kid, though relatively lazy and didn't much care to exert too much effort unless necessary. When it comes to spells, however, he takes an active interest in offensive spells, namely dueling, though he has always been lacking when it comes to his defenses.

While her siblings where into trickery and deceit on anyone who crossed them, Ciara has always been more sneaky and subtle, embarrassing her foes with their own foolishness. Even now, just starting at Hogwarts, Ciara's keen eyes and focused mind are set on success.
